sorry about the problem. 1) customer never told us he need a chip through all discuss history . 2) we wrote clear every process on the final jpg proof without chip and customer approved to produce. 3) we responsed at once and discussed with customer when customer complaine. we agreed customers we will give 50% discount when he make new order with chip. 4)customer said will send new file and tell us the chip name when he make the new order. we are waiting for his files to reprint with 50% discount.
